Nature of the service
Ouzentia offers informational and guidance content generated from the user’s answers to a questionnaire. Purchasing a report (automatic or personalised) is a purchase of single-use digital content.
Payment and delivery
The automatic report is generated and delivered immediately after payment. The personalised report is delivered within a reasonable timeframe after manual review, communicated to the user at the time of purchase. As this is digital content delivered immediately, or a personalised service started at the user’s request, the right of withdrawal may not apply once the service has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Permitted use
The user agrees to use the information provided by Ouzentia for personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to reproduce or redistribute the reports received.
Limitation of liability
Ouzentia and Diego de Souza Ranalli are not responsible for decisions made by the user based solely on the content of the reports, especially in the absence of consultation with a healthcare professional when the situation requires it.
Business entity
The service is currently provided by Diego de Souza Ranalli, in a personal capacity, while the final legal and tax structure is being defined. Effective management and decision-making take place from Spain. This information will be updated once resolved.
Applicable law
These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable European Union regulations on consumer protection and e-commerce, without prejudice to future adjustments once the final legal and tax structure has been formalised.
