What Ouzentia is
Ouzentia is a digital wellness guidance tool. Based on a questionnaire you complete yourself, the system identifies connections between different areas of your day-to-day life (sleep, energy, stress, eating, movement, among others) and returns a personalised reading with suggestions on where to start.
What Ouzentia is NOT
- It is not a medical service or clinical diagnostic tool.
- It does not replace consultation, follow-up, or treatment from any healthcare professional.
- It does not prescribe medication or carry out therapeutic interventions.
- It should not be used as the sole source for making decisions about your health if you have a diagnosed medical condition or symptoms that require professional attention.
If at any point you feel your situation requires urgent medical or psychological attention, contact a healthcare professional or the emergency services in your country.
My role as the professional behind Ouzentia
I’m Diego de Souza Ranalli — a Physical Activity and Sports technician (TAFAD), a Nursing graduate from the University of Santiago de Compostela, and a Psychology graduate from UNED. Within Ouzentia, my role is one of guidance and orientation, not clinical practice.
What I do
- I design the questions and how your answers are analysed.
- I review the personalised report on your specific case.
- I suggest where to start, without jargon.
What I don’t do
- I don’t diagnose diseases or disorders.
- I don’t prescribe treatments, medication, or clinical therapy.
- I don’t make medical decisions on your behalf.
